1. Who we are

DelivCore (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data we collect through our website and when you interact with us as a prospect or customer. For personal data we process on behalf of our customers (for example, their end-customers’ order data), our customer is the controller and DelivCore acts as a processor under a data-processing agreement.

2. Data we collect

• Contact & account data — name, work email, company, country and the details you submit when you request a demo or open an account.
• Usage data — how you interact with our website and product, for security and improvement.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookies.
• Operational data — for customers, the configuration and business data you put into the platform.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, secure and improve the platform and website.
• To respond to demo requests and provide support.
• To send service and, where permitted, relevant product communications.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business), consent (where required, for example certain marketing), and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run the service — for example cloud hosting, our database and authentication provider, payment processing and email delivery. These act under contract and only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer operational data is retained for the life of the subscription and a limited export window afterwards.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and to remember your language preference. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without your consent.

10. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and isolated customer environments — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
